Cat Healthcare Plan Horsham

Register Your Cat

We are excited to introduce you to our preventative healthcare plans which have been tailored to meet your cat’s age and lifestyle. Our goal is to make quality healthcare more accessible and affordable for your furry friend whilst keeping your cat as happy and healthy as possible.

Preventative Healthcare

Preventative healthcare measures help us protect your cat’s physical and mental well-being, keeping them happy and healthy in the long term! We have created the Graylands Healthcare Plan to enable us to prioritise and be proactive with preventative healthcare whilst also making it affordable and accessible to our clients. Our healthcare plans are tailored to suit your cat’s age and lifestyle and follows the CatCareforLife life stage guidelines which have been created by feline experts at International Cat Care.

No matter their age or lifestyle our healthcare plans incorporate all your furry friends’ yearly requirements such as vaccinations, anti-parasitic treatment, and expert nurse advice into an affordable and easy monthly payment plan with significant savings! Additionally, all the routine checks your feline friend needs will be included and for older cats, it also includes screening for common health conditions via blood/urine testing and blood pressure checks. Allowing us an early detection and treatment of diseases to help your cat live longer. If you have an indoor-only cat, their risk of parasitic and infectious diseases is usually much lower so, you will only pay for what they need.

We strongly recommend having pet insurance alongside Graylands Healthcare Plan, as our health plan only covers preventative healthcare whilst pet insurance is essential for protecting against illness and injury.

  • Membership in this program constitutes an agreement between you and Graylands Veterinary Limited.
  • The fee for your cat’s membership will be determined based on its age and lifestyle.
  • Any treatments provided to your cat outside the scope of the Graylands Health Plan will be billed according to our standard practice fees and terms.

  • Monthly fees for your cat may also change based on their age, with such changes taking effect as soon as reasonably possible.
  • Failed payments, such as due to insufficient funds or a cancelled card, result in increased administration costs. We reserve the right to impose an administration fee of £10 for each failed payment, which will be added to your account.
  • Following a failed payment, we will make a repeat payment request to your card within 3-5 working days.
  • If the second payment request also fails, a second administration charge may be added to your account. A third and final payment request will be made to your bank after an additional 3-5 working days. If this third request fails, your Graylands Health Plan membership will be automatically cancelled, and your cat will no longer receive associated benefits and discounts.
