Cat dentistry at GCC
Feline dentistry requires special care and expertise, and we’ve got the tools and experience to provide just that.
Our vet Joanna has a special interest in dentistry and is happy to see cases on a referral or second-opinion basis.
Our clinic is fully equipped with new dental unit, low-flow anesthesia for safety, digital dental X-ray system and individually tailored anaesthetic and pain management plan, to ensure your cat receives the best care possible.
Who is this service for?
- Vets can refer cases to us if they do not perform feline dentistry in their surgery
- Owners can contact us directly and arrange consultation for second opinion on their cat’s dental health
Services offered:
- COHAT – Comprehensive Oral Health Assessment and Treatment oral exam and probing, dental radiographs, descale and polish and treatment as necessary – treatment of periodontal disease, tooth resorption and fractures
- Gingivostomatitis management
- Orofacial pain syndrome management
- Full mouth extractions
- Enameloplasty
- Gingivoplasty
- Crown amputations
We do not offer orthodontics or endodontics (root canal treatment) at this point.
